# Email response message : no data?

Hello,

I was expecting the form to be sent, but there’s only the text of the message. Is it possible to have a summary of what has been filled in?

OK, I’ve managed to get the data in an email.  
I just can’t get the url, it’s empty…

Here’s my code for the URL: {{ event.[Attachment].[0].url }

However, the title is displayed correctly: {{ event.[Attachment].[0].title }}

and here is the payload :  
‘Attachment": [  
{  
‘url": “[https://nocodb.com/dummy.png”](https://nocodb.com/dummy.png%E2%80%9D),  
‘title": “image.png”,  
‘mimetype": “image/png”,  
‘size": 0  
}
