Hello everyone,

I would like to discuss the expansion of the template functionality in NocoDB, focusing on two key areas:

1. **Custom Templates** :

- I hope to see the implementation of user-defined templates, allowing users to create templates tailored to their needs and provide reference examples. This would greatly enhance user flexibility and experience.
- Suggestions on how to implement custom templates effectively.

1. **Private Deployment and Template Export** :

- In private deployment environments, how can we export templates from different databases for other users to utilize?
- Consideration for supporting the export of templates as files, making it easier for users to import and use them in different environments.

### Discussion Points:

- What are your needs and thoughts regarding the custom template feature?
- Best practices and potential challenges in exporting templates in private deployments.
