# Experiencing lag in the front end with many columns

We have a base with several tables with as many as 2500 rows and 100(ish) columns. We are encountering significant lag in the front-end when viewing these tables. I don’t think this is a bug, per-se, but I wanted to bring it you attention in case there is an easy fix, since it would improve our quality of life a lot. The lag seems to grow with the number of columns.
For context, this is on Ubuntu with Firefox version 139.0.1 (64-bit)

Newly introduced row coloring and few field types had an issue in performance (only seen on windows/ubuntu). Fix is in place. So please give it a try and let us know.

Horizontal scrolling is snappy on our end! Thanks for the quick fix.
