## Is there a way to dynamically adjust the form input fields depending on user toggling? I’d like to have a dual-purposed contact form on my blog. Where more input fields show if it’s a professional reach-out, or maybe just default to this view and hide fields if they toggle to personal.

#### You can create multiple forms. I’m not sure how you can figure what role it is while embedding. If that can be figured - a different form can be shown to each end user
