# Longer interval before being logged out

Is it possible to set a longer interval before I am automatically logged out. I’d prefer days, not hours.

For self hosted version you can set [NC\_JWT\_EXPIRES\_IN](https://docs.nocodb.com/getting-started/self-hosted/environment-variables/) to what ever you want - its 10h by default.
