# Migrating from supabase to self-hsoted NocoDB

So I used to use supabase but it’s kinda been annoying with constantly and randomly pausing projects. Is there I way I can export the entire lot of my project from supabase to my self hosted NocoDB instance?

Recommend [Neon](https://neon.com) which is a postgres provider but also is serverless (auto sleeps and wakes up)
