# Missing records

Hello folks, I’m new to NocoDB & I started making a table with some $ values, but they’re missing whenever I reload the page. It’s not a display issue, since I copy the cell value and there’s nothing in my clipboard.  
Any ideas on what the issue may be? Or if I can recover my data?

Can you share following details

- Are you using cloud version or self-hosted(OSS) ?
- If OSS version then share the version of nocodb you are using ?
- Which database are you using ?
- The way you are inserting data - Using GUI / API ?

- I’m using the cloud version
- A brand new database I just created
- Inserting data via GUI at Firefox 130.0.1 - Windows 10

Could you please be really specific here

is that $ in column names or values

From where are you copying to where ?

Plus please provide the column type details as well whether it was single number / select / multi-select / currency etc

Between, we’ve tried all the above scenarios on the firefox and we have not managed to reproduce the issue.
