Is there a way to dynamically adjust the form input fields depending on user toggling? I’d like to have a dual-purposed contact form on my blog. Where more input fields show if it’s a professional reach-out, or maybe just default to this view and hide fields if they toggle to personal.
You can create multiple forms. I’m not sure how you can figure what role it is while embedding. If that can be figured - a different form can be shown to each end user
