I read note that you should install something form the “AppStore” but this “Nocodb AppStore” seams not more to exist. I would like to know how I can get notified each time I receive form Nocodb forms a new message.

For notifications on form data submission, you can use Email me option in “Post form submission settings”. Details here Form | NocoDB
If you are on self-hosted environment, you will have to configure SMTP.
