the new scrollbar that forces windows is crap. Monitors and resolutions are getting bigger and bigger, and scrollbars are getting smaller and smaller.

I have the exact same issue. The current horizontal scrollbar is difficult to use. When I reload the page then attempt to hover around the area you’d expect a scrollbar to be one does not appear, when I click and drag in the general area it then appears and will persist. At the very least it should appear on initial hover and in my opinion should always be visible on the page.
There’s no reason to be “streamlining” UI for a vital feature like this by effectively removing the indication that it’s there altogether.
