I want to set nocodb in my company, 200 person login and input the data. What CPU and how many RAM（ddr4 3200）wil be satisfied.

Have to say more important question is how many will be concurrently using it and what is the sort of operation that they will be performing (uploading CSV is costlier than say simple browsing of views) or if somebody has created API token to bombard with API traffic.
However, if its just general usage. A 4 vCPU machine for compute should be more than enough.
