Airtable base import: certificate error

Hi guys - new here.

When trying to import an existing Airtable base I get:

”Error: unable to get local issuer certificate”

not sure where to look to fix this.
any help is appreciated

Is this on self-hosted or cloud. Did you try any other base or just the base?

self-hosted. Just tried another base: same error.

I tried it just & was able to import successfully with a read only Airtable access token. Please ensure that you are using PAT & that the base is shared.

Details here: Import Airtable to NocoDB

My configurations –

Node: v22.19.0
Arch: arm64
Platform: linux
Docker: true
RootDB: pg
PackageVersion: 0.264.9

Thanks for trying it yourself!

I did all that , yes using PAT and made the base publicly sharable, but still got the error Am on an M1 Mac, installed NoCoDB with homebrew.

See below

Please use docker for serious usecases. Binary/Homebrew is for quick trials only.

Thank you Navi. Have installed Nocodb with Docker now, but still get the same error.

am starting to suspect Zscaler might have something to do with this

Problem fixed !

Turning off Zscaler (ZPA and ZIA) temporarily was the fix.
