Hi all! This looks like such an amazing tool - but I’m not sure if it’s the tool I need… :slightly_smiling_face:

Can anyone tell me if it’s possible to take some info entered into a form and then conditionally redirect to another website?

3 stars or less → redirect to more questions “why bad?”

4 or 5 stars → redirect to google reviews

You can do it by introducing conditional triggers to After Insert event in webhook. Feel free to connect if you need more information.

Thank you – not entirely sure I’m even asking this question correctly, but would this allow me to redirect someone to either more questions or an entirely different webpage on a different domain?

this would post body that you have configured to the URL (different webpage on a different domain). you can select what data from the record that was just inserted to be sent.
