Encountering difficulty importing a table named October 2023 from Airtable, as it fails with an error indicating “Duplicate Alias.” Subsequently, attempting to manually create the table with the same name results in the same error.
The challenge lies in the absence of a visible display on the screen to facilitate the deletion of the duplicate, hindering resolution.

After you notice error, does the left sidebar fail to list table even after page reload? Reloading page can be a quick hack in this scenario while we look into the issue on why this is happening.
I waited 12 hours and reloaded, it is appearing now.
