Right now, when restoring a base snapshot, it seems like the CreatedAt timestamps are overwritten with the time the base was restored. This isn’t an unreasonable default, but it would be nice to optionally be able to preserve the original CreatedAt times, because otherwise you need to maintain your own columns for timekeeping purposes.
