Link to another record don't appear

Hi,

When i create a new column, I can create a ‘link’ but I don’t see ‘Link to another record’.

How can I activate this option ?

Maybe this example covers, what you want to know:
You have one table with 1000 Contacts and another Table with 30+ different hobbies. Now you want to make a column in your Contact-table, where you can choose a hobby for each person from the Hobby-table.
FIRST go to the HOBBY-TABLE and create a link-column THERE and link it to the Contact table. This will automatically create a ‘Hobby’-link-column in the contact-table. Now go to the Contact-table and there it is.
