Hi since my utilization for Nocodb increase I would like to do regular backup and restore of the MySQL DB. Are there any procedures I can follow?

There are several methods. It depends on what kind of hosting you have and what kind of permissions you have :slightly_smiling_face:

I am on self hosting and my SQL is in its own container
