I forgot my password, tried resetting it and got this error

Is this in cloud or self-hosted?
If its self-hosted and you are the super admin. You can reset the credentials by using these variables.
It’s cloud and I am not the super admin
Please write to support => cs at nocodb dot com with email you signed up with please.
I could not find your account from the email (one used here)
