Hi Noco-Team,

Configuring email SMTP doesn’t seem to work and I can’t send invite emails to users. This is the error I get: 140661977361736:error:1408F10B:SSL routines:ssl3_get_record:wrong version number:ssl/record/ss|3_record.c:331

I am using my own mail server.

did u set secure to true?

:raising_hand_man: katkat_ replied

Yes. When I set secure = true, I get this error but when set to false, I get “certificate has expired”

:raising_hand_man: wkw replied

which port r u using?

:raising_hand_man: katkat_ replied

Port 25

:raising_hand_man: wkw replied

u may try 465 with secure true

:raising_hand_man: wkw replied

also 587

:raising_hand_man: katkat_ replied

All these ports give me: connect EHOSTUNREACH myIP:465

:raising_hand_man: wkw replied

may i know what kind of host u use?

:raising_hand_man: katkat_ replied

It’s our own on prem servers

:raising_hand_man: wkw replied

wt would u see if u set port = 25, secure = false, ignoreTLS = true
