Creating and displaying many to many relations and data

Hello all,
I’m completely new here and i’m looking for a tool to distribute in all schools of my area (about 35 schools) to automate our processes.

So, I’m testing NocodB and I’m trying to create the following structure and form to create and read data according to it.

I was able to create the structure using a ‘standard’ tables schema (a link table with the 3 linked fields and create a one-to-one relation for every field).

But now, I’d like to create a form or anything to create and view records. I thougt about creating a form in a form (according to the fact that a person can belongs to severa groups and for each of them having a different role) but it seems this is not possible.

So I dont know if it’s possible or not (by form or anything else). Does someone have an idea ?
