Hello, I run NocoDB on my local windows machine, and everytime the shell tells me this:

(node:11068) NOTE: We are formalizing our plans to enter AWS SDK for JavaScript (v2) into maintenance mode in 2023.

Please migrate your code to use AWS SDK for JavaScript (v3).

(Use Noco-win-x64 --trace-warnings ... to show where the warning was created)

Do I have to do something or can I continue using it?

That is internal node warning. We can look into this.
