Hey - Is it possible to calculate the duration from two time columns with formulars?

to understand it clear, the duration b/w two columns is possible but its not decimal - correct ?

i think there should be a way if the columns are not formatted in any way

In Spreadsheet i would do something like:

=HOUR(A2) + MINUTE(A2)/60 + SECOND(A2)/3600
