I’ve been using NocoDB as a survey/comments tool for my blog, website, and social media (as an alternative to Google/Microsoft Forms). I have email-me-responses enabled, and have been pretty happy with the implementation.
I logged in today to set up a new survey for a new website, and discovered somehow I’d significantly exceeded the threshold of records for free accounts, which caught me by surprise. My accounts page says I have a total of 18,906 records, and I have no idea where they are or where they came from.
I went in and cleaned out any bases I wasn’t using (or wasn’t using anymore), and I can only see a total of 5 records on my account across all workspaces (1) and all bases (2).
Is there something I’m missing that would cause my account to have 18,901 records (minus the 5 records I know about) that I can’t see or clean-up?
I’m not trying to get out of paying for a subscription. If I’m suddenly so popular that I need to pay for a subscription to keep using NocoDB in this capacity, I’m more than willing to. (Or if I got spammed with responses to my surveys and need to pay for 1 month’s subscription to clean them up before reverting to the Free plan, I’m willing to do that too.)
Sorry, I don’t really know what I’m doing. I rather feel like I’m fumbling around in the dark, and these extra 18,901 have me completely at a loss for words.
